Jordan graduated from Hardin-Simmons in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in psychology then returned to complete his master’s in2021. While pursuing his degrees, Jordan served in various roles regarding children and teens at the Boy’s & Girl’s Club, New Horizons, and Beltway Park Church’s Summer and Kid’s Club programs.
Jordan uses an eclectic approach in counseling pulling from various theories and techniques. He focuses on getting to know the “client” underneath the issues while working to understand each client’s unique situation and feelings. Jordan's goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and grow the client's sense of self while providing skills and techniques to manage stressors and other issues that arise. While Jordan is open to any and all clients his primary focus is kids and teens ages 8-18 dealing with anxiety, stress, and ADHD symptoms and college students dealing with career, life transition, and stress/anxiety.
Jordan is currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurance companies but in the meantime, he offers a sliding scale fee to work with your budget.2 Corinthians 4:8-10.
